Information for presenters
All presentations will be held in English. Invited lectures will be given 29 minutes (25+4) while presentations of contributed papers have to be made in 14 minutes (12+2). The poster presentations will take place in a joint session.
Standard audio-visual equipment will be available, including projector, screen, pointer and microphone.
The presentation file must be given on a portable USB stick in MS PowerPoint format or PDF format to the conference staff at the registration desk. The presentation needs to be submitted before the first morning session of the day of the presentation. You are also welcome to send your presentation in advance. For this, please send your presentation by e-mail to the Local Organizing Committee of the IWOPA3 (2021) (iwopa2020inp-greifswaldde) up to and including 26th February 2021.
The use of the laptop provided in the conference room is recommended. If you have a video or audio file embedded in the presentation we recommend using a standard video and audio codec compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint. All presentations will be deleted from the conference storage after the session.
For poster presentations, please be sure to bring your printed poster with you as we will not be able to help with printing it on site. The accepted format is DIN A0 (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm). The material for the fixation of the posters will be provided.
