We are proud to announce that selected authors will be invited to submit their conference contributions to the special issue "Plasma & Agriculture II", organised by the international journal "Plasma Processes and Polymers (PPaP)".

"Plasma Processes and Polymers (PPaP)" is one of the leading full-paper materials science journals and achieved an impact factor of 3.173 last year. "PPaP" publishes review articles, full papers of original research and featured articles reviewing cutting-edge work of leaders in the field. All aspects of plasma science are covered, including low- and high-pressure plasma sources and processes, micro-plasmas and topics such as plasma-induced etching, surface modification and deposition, modelling, small- and large-scale industrial processes, surfaces and interfaces, and biomaterials.

The submission deadline (after personal invitation) is set for 1st of August 2020, with the aim of publishing the special issue in 2021. Contributions can also be submitted prior to the deadline. Early contributions may already appear online in 2020, for early-view and citations.

The "Plasma & Agriculture II" special issue editors are:

Guest Editors:

Klaus-Dieter Weltmann, Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology
Masafumi Ito, Meijo University
Stephan Reuter, Polytechnique Montréal

Managing Editor:

Renate Förch, EurA AG
